Our Products Warranty:
All equipments under repair or work done will be under a
warranty for a period of 1year (service and parts) and 2 years (service only)
from the date of payment. This warranty is subject to the following conditions
-
That the warranty does not cover printer heads, Ribbons,
toners, consumables.
-
That the benefit of the warranty shall be enjoyed only upon full payment of
the items under warranty.
-
That the invoice is completed, signed and returned to the company (or its
nominated representative) within fourteen (14) days of purchase/repairs/services
of your equipment.
-
That the fault must be entirely due to defective parts or materials or faulty
manufacture.
-
That the fault is not due to the customer’s failure to maintain a suitable
environment for the equipment at the place of the use in accordance with the
company’s or manufacture’s specification (**) therefore including without
limitation failure adequate power supply, air Condition or humidity control. And
that the customer shall enjoy the benefit of this warranty only if he provides
adequate power supply in addition to use of the company’s approved
un-interruptible power supply equipment and stabilizer and surge protectors.

That the defect must not have been caused by the customer’s neglect, misuse,
mishandling, bad installation, accidental damage or failure to install or
operate the equipment in accordance with the company’s written or verbal
instructions or manufacture’s manuals or verbal instruction or manufacture’s
manuals or for the purposes for which it was design
-
That repairs, alterations, modifications or maintenance of the equipment has
not been attempted by unauthorized representatives without the company’s prior
consent in writing.

That the customer has not attempted transportation or relocation of the
equipment save where the same has been performed by or under the direction of
the company.
-
That the fault is not due to the use of defective or inappropriate supplies
with the equipment or any default or error in any software used upon or in
association with equipment.
-
That the is not due to any accident or disaster affecting the equipment
including without limitation, fire, flood, water, wind, lighting,
transportation, vandalism or burglary.
-
That the fault is not due to the customer’s failure, inability or refusal to
afford the company’s personnel or representative access to the equipment.
-
That the customer has not attempted any work including painting, refinishing,
attachments or electrical work to the equipment.
-
That evidence of the date of work done / repair (including receipt or hire
purchase agreement must be produced to the service engineer when he calls to
obtain the benefits of this warranty.
-
That the right is reserved only by the company to replace the equipment or
repair it at the option and direction of the company and that any such defective
part or parts that have been replaced shall become the property of the company.
-
That if at any time during the warranty period, any part or parts of the
equipment are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or approved by the
company or if the equipment has been dismantled or repaired by any person not
authorizes by the company, this warranty shall immediately cease and became
void.

That this warranty applies to the original purchased or hired new and that
this warranty cannot be assigned or transferred.

That except for the warranty described hereof there are
not warranties or implied, including but not limited to implied or
merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, and all such warranties are
hereby expressly and specifically disclaimed AND in not even shall the company
be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damages or
loss of profits, even if the company has been advised of the such loss, damages
or loss or profits.
Note:
*Please note that acceptance of the
conditions of this warranty is indicated by signing the
invoice or the purchase.
*The company and its equipment
manufactures aim continuously to improve its products and
therefore reserve the right to alter, modify or make changes
in its technical specifications, operations or procedures
which alteration, modifications or changes may affect the
compatibility or use of the equipment without prior notice.
